THE LODGE - The Lodge consists of a large, well-appointed great hall with a large bar area, big screen HD TV, surround sound and music, two-story fire place, pool table, game tables and electronic dart board. There are six bedrooms with private baths (3 bedrooms with queen beds, 1 with king and two bunks, 1 with queen and 1 twin and 1 with 2 twins). In addition, the Lodge has a bunk/play room with 6 twin beds. two 100 ft. porches, (1 screened with a large fire place), overlooking the natural vistas filled with cattle, horses, hills, trees, creeks, ponds and wild game. A large kitchen has seating capacity for 28 for sit-down meals.

The Lodge has a hot tub and swimming pool. We can arrange for massages and facials. Clover Creek offers its guests a private, natural get-a-way with all of the creature comforts of a posh resort.

RATES FOR 2010 & 2011 SEASON

“RENT THE RANCH”

A GROUP OR FAMILY MAY RENT THE ENTIRE RANCH FOR A WEEKLY RATE OF $9,500.00, 4-DAY RATE OF $6,000, 3-DAY RATE OF $5,000.00 OR 2-DAY RATE OF $3,500.00. NO MEALS ARE INCLUDED IN THE ABOVE RATES. Food and beverage services will be custom tailored to fit your individual needs at the time you book your reservations.

THE ABOVE LISTED RATES COVER ALL RANCH ACTIVITIES INCLUDING HORSEBACK RIDING.  IF YOUR GROUP IS NOT INTERESTED IN HORSEBACK RIDING, OUR RATES ARE SUBSTANTIALLY DISCOUNTED.  PLEASE CONTACT US IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN THE DISCOUNTED RATES.

• The rates include all of the ranch activities.
  THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR GUIDED DUCK HUNTS AND FISHING AT REELFOOT LAKE.
• Food and beverage services will be custom tailored to fit your needs at the time you book your reservations.
• There is a maximum limit of 19 guests. (We will consider raising that limit under the appropriate circumstances with prior permission at the time reservations are made)
• A 9.75% Tennessee sales tax will be added to your bill. A 25% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
• Cancellation Policy: The deposit is non-refundable. However, if you are required to cancel, you will have one (1) year to re-book.
